  • Custom orders may require approval before production.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying spelling, sizing, and fitment before ordering.

Once an order enters production, it may not be eligible for cancellation.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Payments may be processed through secure third-party providers including:

  • Credit and debit card processors

We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.

  • Decals Express LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for return.

  • Claims for damaged items must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

  • Refund eligibility is determined at our discretion in accordance with posted policies.

are the property of Decals Express LLC or used with appropriate rights.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to any custom artwork submitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

Decals Express LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Improper installation of decals

  • Damage resulting from misuse or improper surface preparation

  • Normal wear and tear

All products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.

8. Installation Responsibility

Proper surface preparation and installation are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper application or removal.
